White ginseng is made by drying fresh ginseng under sunlight to reduce moisture content to below 14%. This method helps extend the product’s shelf life; however, sun drying can slightly reduce the quantity of active therapeutic components. In other words, all therapeutic elements are preserved, but their amounts may decrease.

Red ginseng is peeled, steamed, and then dried, a process that makes the roots more brittle and can destroy certain therapeutic elements, leaving fewer of them intact. However, this method maximizes the concentration of each nutritional component.

Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

2) Delivery Standards
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

2. Order Processing and Cancellations
1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. If cancellation is not possible, you can request a return through Customer Service.

How to Cancel Your Order:

Sign in to your Caforia account.
Go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Order History’ and find the order you wish to cancel.
Click ‘Cancel Order’ at the bottom of the ‘Order Information’ page and confirm.
Once your order is cancelled, we’ll notify you by email, and your ‘Order History’ will be updated to reflect the cancellation.

3. Returns and Refunds

Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason. Please do not send items before submitting a return request.
