White ginseng is created by drying fresh ginseng under sunlight to reduce its moisture content to below 14%. This method extends the product’s shelf life, though sun drying may also slightly reduce the amount of therapeutic components. In other words, while all types of therapeutic elements are preserved, their quantities may decrease.

Red ginseng is peeled, steamed, and then dried, a process that makes the roots more brittle and may destroy certain therapeutic components, leaving only a limited number. However, this method maximizes the concentration of each nutritional element.

To understand this, think of a tonic as a temperature regulator: if the room temperature is too high, the regulator lowers it. Standard Shipping Fees for Orders Below the Free Shipping Threshold:

Canada, USA, and South Korea: For orders under $75 (or ₩75,000 KRW), a $17.99 USD/CAD (or ₩15,000 KRW) shipping fee applies.

2) Delivery Standards
Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST are usually shipped the same day.

Canada: Estimated delivery is 1-3 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
USA: Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
South Korea: Estimated delivery is 4-5 business days.

3) International Orders: Importing Goods and Taxes

2. Order Processing and Cancellations
1) Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Please note that receiving an order confirmation does not signify acceptance, as Caforia reserves the right to refuse processing or shipping of any order.

2) Out of Stock / Back Orders:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email. If you encounter any issues with your order upon receiving it, contact our Customer Service within one week, and we will assist promptly.

3) Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. If cancellation is not possible, you can request a return through Customer Service.

How to Cancel Your Order:

Sign in to your Caforia account.
Go to ‘My Account’ -> ‘Order History’ and find the order you wish to cancel.
Click ‘Cancel Order’ at the bottom of the ‘Order Information’ page and confirm.
Once your order is cancelled, we’ll notify you by email, and your ‘Order History’ will be updated to reflect the cancellation.

3. Returns and Refunds

Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Provide your order number, name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason. Please do not send items before submitting a return request.
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.
Non-Refundable Shipping: Any original shipping costs paid will not be refunded for returns.
